Day 1
- Guwahati to Shillong in the morning, then on towards Pynursla.
- Arrive in Mawlynnong and check in at a homestay.
- Walk the village and climb the Sky View tower.
- Riwai living root bridge in the late afternoon, then a homestay dinner.
2 days in Mawlynnong and Dawki
An afternoon and night in the village, then the river early the next morning before the day visitors arrive.
Day 2
- Drive to Dawki early; the Umngot is clearest and emptiest before about 9 am.
- An hour on the river by rowing boat.
- Shnongpdeng upstream for lunch, or activities if you have the time.
- Back to Shillong by evening.
