2 days in Mathura and Vrindavan

One day for the Mathura temples, museum and ghat, and one day for the main Vrindavan temples.

Arrive at Mathura Junction and visit Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi in the morning, with your photo ID.
Go on to Dwarkadhish Temple in the old city before it closes for the afternoon.
See the Government Museum during the midday temple break (closed on Mondays).
Watch the evening Yamuna aarti at Vishram Ghat at about 7 pm.
Take an auto-rickshaw to Vrindavan for the night.

Start early at the ISKCON Temple (Krishna Balaram Mandir).
Join the morning darshan at Shri Banke Bihari Temple, which opens at about 7:45 am.
Walk to Nidhivan before it shuts at noon, then rest through the afternoon break.
Visit Prem Mandir from about 5:30 pm and stay for the lights after dark.
