Day 1
- Take a morning taxi from Bir up to the Billing take-off site.
- Trek 14 km through forest towards Rajgundha, 5 to 6 hours.
- Stop at Channa Ghat pass for the views.
- Reach Rajgundha by late afternoon and settle into your camp.
3 days in Rajgundha
Walk in from Billing, spend a day on a hike and by the river, and walk out on the Barot side.
Day 2
- Start early for the day hike to Palachak, or the steep climb to Hanumangarh.
- Return to the village by mid afternoon.
- Walk down to the Uhl River before sunset.
- Stargaze from camp if the sky is clear.
Day 3
- Take a short morning walk to Kukkar Gundha village.
- Walk down to the roadhead at Baragran.
- Take a taxi to Barot valley and spend an hour or two by the river.
- Continue by road back to Bir.
