Day 1
- Arrive from Kathgodam and check in.
- Walk up to Mukteshwar Temple in the late afternoon.
- Go on to Chauli ki Jali behind the temple for sunset.
- Stop at the PWD Inspection Bungalow gardens on the way back.
3 days in Mukteshwar
A slow three days covering the temple hill, the cliff viewpoint, the institute campus, a waterfall walk and the orchards.
Day 2
- Visit Zero Point and the IVRI campus in the morning for mountain views.
- Drive to Bhalu Gaad Waterfall and walk in to the falls.
- Return to town for a Kumaoni lunch.
- Attend an evening session at Starscapes Observatory.
Day 3
- Spend the morning in the orchards at Sitla.
- Buy local jams, honey and woollens in the market.
- Leave for Kathgodam after lunch.
